Host an Event With Us!

KPhA wants to make it easy for you to host an event and share with KPhA members. Whether you are a member or non-member of KPhA, we can work with you to make your vision happen! Below is a list of event options depending on your company needs. The fees listed below pertain to companies only. If you are a KPhA member/individual wishing to host an event, all aspects of planning an event are included with your membership. 

KPhA can help as little or as much as you need. Whether you have an event that you need promoted to our members or if you want to organize and create an event from scratch, we have what it takes to fit your needs.

KPhA Member - Event Help (Associate, Professional or Corporate)

  • Included with membership: Written announcement in one (or more depending on the date) in the KPhA e-Communique
  • Included with membership: Social media posts on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Included with membership: KPhA will set-up a registration form on the KPhA website to capture RSVP’s
  • Member rate - $250 fee if the vendor wants KPhA to organize the event 
    - Select venue(s)
    - Help with food selection and audio/visual needs
    - More promotion help - Announcement in e-Communique(s), additional stand-alone email(s), calling members (if necessary) and social media posts (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)

Non-KPhA Member - Event Help

  • Written announcement in one e-Communique (Can purchase additional) - $60
  • One social media post on each social media platform - Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn - $30
  • Set-up registration form to capture RSVP's through the KPhA website - $60 
  • Non-member rate - $500 fee if the vendor wants KPhA to organize the event
    - Select venue(s)
    - Help with food selection and audio/visual needs
    - Set-Up online registration through the KPhA website to capture RSVPs
    - More promotion help - Announcements in e-Communique(s), additional stand-alone promotional email(s), calling members (if necessary)  and social media posts (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)
